ABOUT

My work is rooted in creating spaces where people can slow down, soften, and return to themselves.

I’m a massage therapist and sound practitioner offering body-based, nervous-system-supportive work that honours both physical and emotional wellbeing. I believe the body holds deep intelligence, and that healing often begins not with force or fixing, but with safety, presence, and gentle attention.

My massage sessions are intuitive and responsive, shaped by what your body needs on the day. Whether you’re carrying stress, tension, fatigue, or simply longing for rest, each treatment is an invitation to come back into connection with your body in a grounded, supportive way.

Alongside massage, I offer sound healing through one-to-one sessions and group sound baths. I trained in sound healing at Govardhana Eco Village in India, where sound is approached as a sacred and therapeutic practice. Working with vibration and resonance, these sessions support deep relaxation, emotional release, and nervous system regulation.

I also facilitate cacao and women’s circles — gentle, intentional gatherings that invite connection, reflection, and shared presence. These circles are held as inclusive, non-judgemental spaces where you are welcome exactly as you are.

Across all of my work, my intention is the same: to offer calm, attuned spaces where you can rest, feel held, and reconnect with your own inner steadiness.
