I offer both one-to-one sound healing sessions and group sound baths. Using therapeutic sound and vibration, these sessions support deep relaxation, stress release, and nervous system balance. My sound healing training was completed at Govardhana Eco Village in India, grounding my work in a traditional and devotional approach to sound as a healing modality. Each session is an invitation to rest deeply and allow the body and mind to recalibrate.


I facilitate cacao and women’s circles as nurturing spaces for connection, reflection, and shared presence. These circles invite you to slow down, tune inward, and connect authentically with yourself and others. Guided by intention, gentle sharing, and ritual, they offer a supportive container for emotional release, creativity, and embodied awareness.
